You will build a Probewohnen® passive house and will become a Sonnenplatz Official Partner. In return we will:

1. Sell your house, once it has been completed.
2. And offer:
    - professional marketing of your passive house including a fully managed Probewohnen® package and
    - an attractive range of additional services
    - at a fixed monthly price!

We want you to have the experience of modern passive-house construction techniques as our partner, and to prove the advantages of this approach to our customers. Our Probewohnen® try-before-you-buy scheme at the Sonnenplatz development gives customers the time and space to experience the important “soft” facts – i.e. the feelgood factor – when considering their purchase.
