With the planned qualification network HdZ2Market and together with business partners, forward-looking topics were identified and processed. Special emphasis was on the following factors:

• Basics of innovative buildings e.g., construction physics, ecology, energy efficiency, architecture,…
• Efficient supply and production e.g., TGA, energy storage, smart homes, building-integrated PV,…
• Interdisciplinary cross-sectional modules e.g., business model innovation, life span analysis and technological impact assessment, energy contracting,...
• Project and strategy workshops e.g., for the development of new business models and the initiation of new F&E projects
• Networking and practice e.g., participation in specialist conferences, excursions, national and international networking.

Identified topics were processed in day-long and interdisciplinary workshops. Didactic methods included conversational keynotes, group discussions, projects in small groups, excursions and laboratory tutorials.
